The CAML (California Math League) is a series of six math contests that takes place in math classrooms at Amador Valley. Each CAML test contains six problems to be completed in 30 minutes. The problems range from very easy to very hard, such that it is very difficult to approach a full score on the exam. Calculators are allowed on this competition. Extra credit is offered for all students who get one or more question right on a CAML exam. Tests are usually graded and returned within one week.
